I just realized that when I’m sad I shop, even if it’s just window-shopping online. I used to eat when I was sad. Progress?

Tuesday:
Gym early in the morning
Class 9:30-10:45
Hopefully meet with an advisor to switch my sociology class to something else
Buy my online class book
Do all of the online class assignments before the 11:55 p.m. deadline that I had no idea that I had until 5 minutes ago when I had a mental breakdown
